What we collect: your Notion account name, email, and avatar (to create your account and contact you), and your workspace's structural schema (to produce the audit). We do not collect the content of your pages.
Why: to provide the audit, let you return to your dashboard, and — with the email you provide — to follow up about your workspace. Legal basis: your consent, recorded when you connect.
Your rights: you can access and delete your data at any time. Deleting your account erases your personal data and revokes our access; we retain only a minimal record that consent was given and honoured (a hashed email and the document versions you accepted), to prove erasure and suppress further contact.
